Returns

  • We offer returns on all orders above $65 within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at help@5ens.co and our team will assist you. Please include the order number and a reason for the return. Discovery sets are not available for return unless it arrives damaged.

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at help@5ens.co with your order number and the issue. Our client service team will provide a return number which needs to be added on top of the box. The customer will need to ship the product back while covering the shipping cost and provide a tracking to our client service team by emailing help@5ens.co.

  • Our team will issue a refund for valid requests within 3-4 business days once the product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the payment method used to place the order. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

  • All gifts with purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you have any other issues or questions in regard to the gift with purchase, please email help@5ens.co.

  • We do not offer product replacement unless the wrong product was shipped to the consumer. Our client service team may ask the consumer to provide an image of the incorrect product, which is then shared with our quality team to ensure that future orders are shipped without errors.
