Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking info. If you don’t receive your tracking info within 72 hours, please email help@5sens.co for assistance.

How much will it cost?

5 SENS offers free standard shipping in the contiguous US on all orders over $65 after any discounts have been applied, and before applicable taxes and shipping fees. For orders under $65, there is a flat fee of $5.00 per order. 

How long will it take? 

For orders shipping within the contiguous US, your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase via standard shipping.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

In order to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing all orders as soon as they are received. As a result, we are unable to make adjustments to orders or guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any address change requests. It is the customers responsibility to confirm, before placing their order, that the designated shipping address is accurate. Any orders whose shipping address was incorrectly entered, resulting in couriers inability to deliver, will be subject to an additional shipping charge of $5.

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes.

Currently we offer shipping within the contiguous US. We are working hard to add additional shipping options so that you can wear your mood, wherever you are.
