Holiday Exchange
Not quite their mood? Holiday orders can be exchanged through January 15, 2027.
- Orders of $65 or more placed October 20 through December 25, 2026 can be exchanged through January 15, 2027. The $65 is the order total after discounts, before tax and shipping.
- Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- Email help@5sens.co with your order number and the scent you would like instead. We will reply with our return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a trackable carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) and send us the tracking number. Your new fragrance ships once your return is on its way back to us.
- Final sale, never returnable or exchangeable: Discovery Kits, gift cards and free gifts.
- The It Couple must be exchanged or returned as a full set.
- Free gift: if a return brings your order under $75, the free Happy Tears 10 mL must be returned unopened with it, or its $29 value is deducted from your refund.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: email help@5sens.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it.
The Holiday Exchange extends the exchange window only. All other terms of our return policy apply. Purchases from Amazon, TikTok Shop and other retail partners follow that retailer's policy.
